Telkom admin not up to date.

I canceled my telkom telephone service 2018. I keep on receiving calls from, I think agent appointed by telkom to collect payment. I sent more than 10 faxes to telkom notifying of the cancellation . The person phoning me , informed me they will keep on phoning. until l respond. I will not respond to their requests as I cancelled in 2018
