Telkom Admin+ is a ****

Telkom insurance I don't know if it's a **** or they are ******. I lost my two phones and I claimed them. They can't give me a feedback about the claim, I was the one who was asking for it and they were very rude on WhatsApp. When I asked about my claim , they said "they have escalated the claims for me with the claims handlers and management that was July the 5th 2021. On August the 11th I received an email saying that my policy has been canceled. I'm still waiting for the outcome of my claims and Telkom has canceled my policy but they are still deducting the money for the policy.
