Telkom adding to my Jan-u-worry problems!

So Telkom decided not to load my wifi data for Jan 2020 Regardless that I have been a loyal paying customer. When I called I'm being told a technician will contact me with 72 working hours but it might take 9 working days to resolve the issue. That's almost half a month without data!!! Im Very disappointed Telkom !!!
