Telkom Adderley horrific experience

The service I received from Joshua from Telkom Adderley Street Express (Cape Town) was beyond disgusting. Swearing, not listening, threatening to not help. I have often heard stories of customer’s contracts running over their cancellation time from Telkom, that has now happened to me and with Joshua’s attitude, it makes sense why these things happen. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.
