Telkom added new cell phone contacts **********ly to my account.

Hi, Please be careful. Telkom adds new contracts to your account without your knowledge. Yesterday I noticed 3x new cell numbers listed on my account when i checked the balance off my LTE contract I did not apply for any new cell phone contracts in fact I was out of town on the day that the new contracts was established. I emailed Telkom and they said in order for them to report this to the ***** department I have to submit a list of document and get an affidavit done at the Police sating that i did not open the account.... Really.......... you open ********** contracts on my account and then expect me to run around and getting documents and going to police stations etc... This is insane!!!!!!!!! Not even my bank asked for an affidavit when there was suspicious activity on my bank account.!!!! I need those contract removed from my account today.
