Telkom added me on ITC for something i never took

Hi i would like to quarrie Regarding an account taken with telkom

I have being labled as a Bad Payer on ITC for an account i have not taken with yourl or have not received anything from telkom either

My credit scoring has now dropped because of an error on Telkom side

I have quarried and have not received any further communication

please assist ASAP
