Telkom add on bundles without consent

No review to give service is pathetic Ive recharged my account with a top up voucher now its been added as a recurring subsciption without me confirming this as a recurring subscription. Getting hold of an operator is zero, should I do get through to an agent that one is not able to access my account to remove this subscription. The app can be used to top up but unable to cancel anything whom Telkom decided to add. My payments does not reflect on my invoice even though its paid through debit order Ive send an email to *** without any response Telkom is eager to take money but assistance is non existent
