Telkom Acts Unsrupulous Dealings To Its Customers

<p>I took a mobile contract with telkom for my son for R179 pm. The debit order was gine at the beginning until they start debiting me with R528,80. I contacted them and was told they send an sms regarding the new contract. My son has got the cell phone and we are not staying togethe, and he received such sms that required him to reply yes or no.</p> <p>Telkom has contract with me, not my son. any changes on contract must be made with me personally because i took that contract based on my financial standing. It was because of my affordability that I took that cheap contract.</p> <p>Now for three months, May - July 2016 they have been taking this unauthorised money from me. Is this ethical in A BIG COMPANY like TELKOM?</p> <p>When I contacted them on the first unauthorised debit they promised to stop, but it still continues. The call centre agent couldn't even refer me to someone with authority to cancil this as they couldn't.</p> <p>THIS IS ********* DEALINGS FROM COMPANY LIKE TELKOM!!</p>
