Telkom acting in bad faith luring customers to subscribe for services

You insist on a star rating in my case that is a farce since they deserve NO STAR at all. I recently updated my Telkom mobile contract ~ thereafter Telkom sent me an SMS quote: Dear customer, to start enjoying your Prime Video Mobile Edition promotional offer, please complete the activation on Amazon: https://ph.telkom.co.za/a/M5KzPvzdqslVfJqDP4Yzzw== Please activate your account with your mobile number. Telkom Team In terms of the SMS I would be able to enjoy 3 free months subscription period on Telkom ~ meaning I would not pay anything for three months. I followed the link and completed the actions required only to discover that Telkom had suddenly seemingly withdrawn the offer. I now sit with a monthly bill for Prime Video ~ I attempted to cancel the transaction within the MyTelkom app. However the cancellation failed. I telephoned the 10213 Telkom service number but ended up in a loop going round and round. I again phoned into 10213 and spoke with a sales representative who said they could not assist me and explained that I should again phone 10213 and chose another option. That option failed. I again tried phoning 10213 in an attempt to finalise the cancellation process this time I received a rapid response: As you have reached us outside of our normal office hours we are unable to assist you! I want this service cancelled immediately and Telkom’s assurance that they will not charge me, and if they have done so I want all my subscription fees cancelled since they did not act in good faith.
