Telkom act of desperation and abuse to make profits

I have two contracts with Telkom. First contract is for 24 months in 2020 and supposed to expired at 2022/2023 and the 2nd was 2022 for 36 months. When the first contract expired they combined both contracts without my consent. Then trying everything to fix the problem I let it expired but when it expired I canceled but it still debiting different amount at different dates of the month. The charges me because at times there is no funds.
