Telkom accounts very poor!!

Accounts dapartment is useless! Paid my cellphone contract up to date, today I got billed for over R2000!! Besides wrongfully billed, I got debited twice on a day I never arranged with anyone at telkom. You guys suck and I was warned about telkom but I didn’t listen!
