Telkom accounts sucks

TELKOM accounts is without a doubt the worst company in SA. They really deserve the medal for NO INTEREST IN THEIR JOB OR THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS who put their money on the table. For M O N T H S now I am trying to get a change of address to be done on my account. NOBODY actually are interested, it can only be the employees I spoke to that don't know how, or don't follow up on this matter. He is just as frustrated as I am. Whoever is not doing his job that he receive a paycheque for, must be fired. We DON'T need this kind of negativity in TELKOM.
