Telkom Accounts - poor management

Since I have updated my contracts in Oct of 2025, with a signed DO at Telkom, I have been receiving (apart from 2-Months), daily threatening mails from Nudebt of being in breach of no payment. After contacting Nudebt on 2 occasions there is no default, after numerous in-store discussions with Telkom, there are no issues, and the irony is the general comment by Telkom staff "No need to worry Sir, it is a general issue btw our finance team and Nudebt"

I even have a mail from Telkom stating that my account is not in arrears, yet I continue to get the threatening tone messages from Nudebt.
