Telkom Accounts not very accountable

<p>Had issues with my line logged an disspute for a no service refund but despute was rejected... Logged a call with telkom as we had cross lines ... was fixed then after the technician left someone went and cut the cable ( the temp solution that was given to me untill they replace it with the right cable ... still waiting been months ) sat a week without service where telkom kept closing my calls REF ... service was off from 29 May to 03 june Reff numbers as follow 522CRZ260517 648CRZ290517 726CRZ300517 ... Please explain to me why my despute was rejected ?? I want my money back for the time my service was off</p>
