TELKOM ACCOUNTS

Please can somebody help me to get hold of the TELKOM accounts as I tried to contact them and still no joy. They keep on billing me every month and to do NOT pass the correct credits. When you phone the accounts department 10210 they just put you on hold. Somebody is definitely NOT doing their job properly.
