Telkom Accounts Email Address

Hi Can anyone assist me resolving an accounts issue with Telkom? My debit order date changed without my knowledge and i am charged a fee and i struggle to get email address to email accounts. The only number i get is 10120 and the query i raised few weeks ago is still open.
