Telkom accounts

THE WORSTE EVER, my debit order was suppose to go off the 15th May-i was short of R10,the next month i kept 2 months instalment in my account-now they don't debit-a few days later i see they debited R700.70 from my account-the amount went through, they charge so flippen much penalty and yet ,my phone is still suspended cos the collections turn around time is 7 to 14 days. I;m so cross-they penalize you,t hey get their money and yet your phone is still on suspension.
