Telkom accounts division lack of service

After cancelling my service with Telkom, there was a credit on my account. Before I could submit the documentation required for a refund, I received another invoice saying that the credit had been reversed ''unclaimed credit reversed''.

The local Telkom office (Woodlands Boulevard) simply told me to call the accounts division on 081 180. When calling this number, there is a message saying ''this number does not exist''. E-mail messages are not being answered.
