TELKOM ACCOUNTS DIVISION IS A MESS

Telkom need to get their accounts division sorted out! My Dad has repaid and closed his account with Telkom in 2019, and has NOW received an SMS from P&P Attorneys stating that he owes almost R4,000 towards the account. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!

Please escalate this complaint to someone who can actually sort it out!

I addressed this matter with Telkom on behalf of my Dad in January this year, and I am shocked to say that the response has been...well none, where is your client service?
