Telkom Accounts dept is usesless

Absolutely terrible!!!! I love everything about Telkom Except for the accounts department. Every month the account is suspended even though payment was made ahead of the debt order date. I then have to call and yell and email proof of payment AGAIN and AGAIN!!! Pull your heads out of your ****s because this isn't the time to be slacking.
