Telkom accounts department worst in SA

Telkom accounts department is the worst department ever to exist. I cancelled my Telkom Fibre contract in August with reference number *** because I had problems with my Wifi account for 6 months and I received a Final Invoice from Telkom in September with a R0.00 balance. So it is ridiculous that I now have received an Invoice for October to pay R483. How is it even possible for Telkom to be so dumb stupid??? That is WHY I cancelled my contract with Telkom, because of their total incompetence and ridiculous accounts department. Stay away from Telkom or you will have endless problems with your accounts as they are the worst I have ever dealt with and have no clue what they are doing. Seams like there is no need for intelligence needed to work for them.
