Telkom Accounts Department plus Legal Departments VERY bad.

Good day Telkom,

I am writing this on behalf of my Boss, he has closed his account a while back and he is a Business Owner. Telkom listed him on the 10.01.19 for R912.00 but Telkom cannot give him a statement of account and he cannot log in to his account as it states he does not have an account with Telkom so how can Telkom hand him over????????? He is in the process of financing a bakkie and due to this he cannot buy it and will be loosing the deal due to Telkom.

We have been waiting 3 weeks now for a letter stating he does not owe Telkom a cent. How long is this going to take?????? We need the letter by 12:00 or he will go and see the lawyer and trust me he has all his proof of payments.
