Telkom accounts department incompetence#Blackfriday

#Blackfriday review and warning to potential new customers of Telkom! No matter how cheap their deals are, you will pick up hours of frustration and Rands wasted trying to get accounts sorted out. I requested my landlines to be transferred on the 7th December 2018!!!! I was told there were no lines available at my new address, so the service would be canceled. EVERY Month this year I have received an invoice FOR A SERVICE I DON'T HAVE!!! I cannot apply for any of the FreeMe deals on offer because Telkom accounts department are too *********** to resolve the issue as well as it reflecting on my credit rating. I get a reference number and a dispute is logged, then the next month I receive another invoice!!! When I ask to speak to a manager, I get cut off. I have wasted hours and airtime every month trying to get SOMEONE TO CLEAR THE BOGUS OUTSTANDING BALANCE. I feel that this is more than incompetence, but reversed ******. If my surname was Nkosi, I'm sure I would have received prompt service.!!!! This is unfair treatment and passive aggressive action by Telkom. No one should open a new account with Telkom and oversees investors should insist on equal treatment for all South Africans. I have never been ****** yet I get treated with contempt simply because I object to paying for a service I don't have. I never thought I would say this, but I don't want to live in a country that victimizes its citizens based on colour. Congratulations! I won't stick around to watch a country I love being destroyed by ******** people.
