TELKOM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT DEDUCT MONEY JUST LIKE THEY WANT

Since Nov'23, every month I got the same problem, emails was send, phone calls made, but still problem remain the same. Paid Invoice amount, now the accounts department state there is still an amount outstanding from a prevouis month. Debit order is for 25th of each month, although an eft is made before 25th. Still they try to deduct amount again, after an email they send to confirm they receive the payment,.... Who is going to pay my banking fees for their stupidity....
