Telkom Accounts dep unreachable

Hi

My Internet went down at about 14:00 this afternoon 02-12-21 I tried to troubleshoot the line alone for almost an hour tried calling telkom got told that it is account related issue.

I've been paying Telkom each an every month on time for the past 10 years and now when i try to call their accounts Department at 16:00 theres No one to take my call i have work deadlines i need to do and I dont have Internet .

I will be ending my Internet service with Telkom tomorrow
