Telkom Accounts Debacle

Whilst the actual products offered by Telkom are really very good and their signal etc. is incredibly stable, I unfortunately cannot say the same for their employees... The accounts department cannot read a statement, cannot capture payments correctly or correct mistakes they make. And to contact someone is harder than getting to the moon!! Their "customer care" number is now completely automated and asking for a person to call you back is a hit and miss affair - may or may not get what you ask for...

Most disappointing and maddening!!
