Telkom Accounts and Customer Service are useless

Telkom accounts are useless they want to take 7 to 10 days on a letter of clearance, how does a simple letter of one maby two paragraphs on a company letterhead take so long when you ask to speak to a manager no manager is available nor do they contact you back as promised, I am considering canceling all my telkom services and moving to another provider.
