Telkom Accounts

I phoned Telkom today as my debit order went off 25 March 2024 but not reflecting on my account. Then I was told that it was debited through collections, because I still owe money. I proofed that I don't as the payment for the previous month was paid on 26 February 2024. So there was NO reason to take the money from collections. I am sure as I know Telkom, they would want to switch the phones off, but they have no reason. According to my Statements and payments I do not owe them anything, but according to them I do. So what now................. This is starting to really annoy me..
