Telkom-Accounts????

Since Lock down I havnt received ONE account for my private lines.NO WHERE can I find out how much I have to pay or get my accounts,(private and bussiness)It is made impossible to get hold of ANYhelp or even worse,to get help at their offices.Telkom is the MOST unprofesional company I have EVER dealt with.They are digging their own grave and deserve to go down.Will think twice before I advise anyone to use Telkom.
