Telkom Accounts

where do i start, well i'm a new client and my arrangement with them is to debit my account, well it happened once or twice and ever since they don't debit my account, i spoke to them to please debit my account with no prevail, now i must drive to the nearest telkom branch and go and pay my account, don't even call customer care or do a call back they never answer or call you back!!!!
