TELKOM ACCOUNTS !!!!

<p>Good day</p> <p>I was wonder how does the accounts for Telkom ? I really don't think the people that does accounts know what they are doing !!</p> <p>Last week monday I made a call to Telkom about my account that is despended. With further inquiry I found out that they billed me through. My account is normally +-R780.00 per month. Now the account is R3 401.00 per month. I do not make any calls from the phone all my calls is diverted to my Cellphone. </p> <p>I logged a despute about my account and still waiting for Telkom to come back. Ref number ********** 5. It is thursday, still no reply from Telkom and my phone is still out of order.</p> <p>I called Telkom tuesday with no success to sort out my phone. The call was at account department then this one then that one for a whole hour.</p> <p>I found out today that they billing my office account to our home account. </p> <p>The people that does the accounts can't read. Just wonder were they can go for reading lessons. </p> <p>NOW I SIT WITH NO PHONE AT HOME WHAT NOW !!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
