Telkom accounting total mess, deduct amount from my account and then 2 days later threaten me that the amount is still oustanding

In a dispute with Telkom to amount owing they took from my bank the full amount outstanding on 25/02/2019. The full amount according to them but on the 27th of Feb they, Telkom claimed the amount of R201.75 is still oustand and threatons to discontinue my service and they have already taken that amount from my account. How rediculous
