Telkom account wrong

I did recieve my statement from Telkom in November stating i owe them for a third data contract. I phone them on the 7 November and case nr ********** 9 was open. That was close and still my question was not answered. I re-open another case nr ********** 8 and still waiting for a consultant to give me feedback on my querrie. I only want them to send me the documents as proof where did i sign for a third contract? Both my two contracts wil end now 23 December. I also sent them a mail with my Id number to cancellations, and up to now also no acknowledgement recieve of that. I only want Telkom to confirm i have 2 contracts with them that ends now 23 December. I also need a letter to that request. Letter also need to state that i will not be blacklisted for the third contract i don't know about. Confirmation that the 3rd contract will not show on my profile with them. Regards
