Telkom Account Suspension overcharge and no way to enquitre
Account , ***,Account Suspension One Debit order amount reversed by FNB by accident, R105, should have been R99 to begin with. Please explain charges on last invoice issued? ***3 Balance brought fwd R***Payment rejection R***3 Payment R99 subtotal R***3 Invoice for September R302.91 Subscription and usage R99 Account subscription & once-off charges R203.91 ????? Total due R407.91 ????

12 Oct 2023, 14:03Telkom responded to say that they do not have a HelloPeter presence. instead i was forced to log my issue via an infuriating chatbot solution. i still do not have a resolution!!!! my account has been suspended and i have been charged a penalty which is more than twice what my monthly charge is as well as an interest charge. ******ion!!!!
