Telkom account suspended for no reason - poor customer service

Telkom has the worst service by far. My account is suspended for no reason. The funny thing is my account is up to date. I was holding for 22 minutes for my call to be answered and if the issue is not resolved in 24 hours, I must make a call again to customer care and follow up.
