Telkom Account Shambles
Cancelled my contract with Telkom in October 2019. Even made a payment to them end of October although service was down from september 2019. Telkom sent me confirmation that my cancellation request was received. They have since handed my account over to debt collectors without even trying to address this with me. I have trying unsuccessfully to finalize that account with them until now.

12 Aug 2021, 10:09Also since POPIA requires all organizations to protect our personal information I have yet to be contacted by Telkkm regarding my personal information protection. In fact as i see it they should not be holding any of my information as i am no longer a customer of theirs. Even worse they have given my information over to debt collectors who I have asked to remove my details but have ignored my request. If anyone can provide a link where I can raise a complaint I would appreciate it.
