Telkom account query LP Mothoa ***

I took a contract at Telkom in Jabulani mall in April but the router did not work so I took it back and cancelled because it was within 7 working days. Thando the agent who assisted me said they will cancel it and no charges and I received a SMS telling me that it has been canceled but to my surprise yesterday I received a letter from Telkom saying I owe R876. And I can't get hold of Thando on his personal phone, Jabulani mall no one is answering the phone and Telkom on line contact number. I have tried it as well with no success. I just need Telkom to fix this mess as it will affect my ITC record and I will not pay for something that I did not take. I need them to get back to me urgently on *** or email ***
