Telkom Account Querry

Good day. I have had a Telkom Account for a a TV deal with Data. Now I have an outstanding on this account and I am trying to contact Telkom Accounts to help me with this matter.

I have Spoken to about 6 people redirecting me to different people who are no help at all. This account is affecting me Credit score and this is no service delivery.

No one can help.....I don't think they know what they are doing!!!!
