Telkom account problem - much higher than supposed

Telkom sent me an sms stating my next debit order will beR272.90!

Why?

My monthly payment is R65.

On your app and statement I am not in arrears or owing.

Yet I have to pay nearly R 30p?

Why?

What is going on here?
