TELKOM Account Issue!

TELKOM PLEASE ASSIST ! Upgraded cell phone and package in March 2022. I realized in October that I have been paying 2 different amounts. Went into the Telkom store at Baywest PE who had a look and informed me that I had been paying for someone else's account as well as my own. They logged a dispute Ref ***4. No feedback. Phoned Telkom who checked and said nothing had been done and they logged a new dispute ***1. Got an sms before Christmas to say resolved but no refund in my account. Eventually got hold of an agent NOT EASY !! who said my dispute was rejected. Put me on hold to find out why. Said my bank statement was the problem. I had previously deleted certain items off the statement. However i thereafter emailed all my statements to Telkom. 27 mins later cut off. I keep phoning. No joy. I am super frustrated!! Telkom made the mistake. They need to refund me!
