Telkom account info

<p>I opened an account at telkom mobile in march 2016 I gave them all the info they needed on paper...id, payslips, proof of residence etc and they basicaly got everything they posably can wrong. I needed a statement to use at the bank and the address and my surname was wrong I went back to them to change it witch they did...they changed the address and my surname without asking for proof or anything and I had to wait another month for the new statement to show the new stuff...to my disappointment they made yet another spelling error on my surname...I meen how many spelling errors can you make on a 5 letter word that you just have to copy?</p>
