Telkom account horror

I have been a loyal Telkom customer within my contracts signed with them. Decided to pay me account for my phone and router off but only closed my phone account. Now they are refusing to close my router Account even though it's been paid off. When assistance is requested from the sales person, he does not bother to check information to verify just telling me to pay the outstanding amount..

The disappointment customer care received is unbelievably and now there is no one responding to my email regarding this unresolved matter but they will continue to debit....
