Telkom - Account handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys when not in arrears

I received an email on behalf of Hammond Pole Attorney's on behalf of Telkom for an overdue account but you want to know what's funny? My accounts are up to date and I'm not in arrears. I cannot wait to get rid of Telkom as a provider.
