Telkom Account *****

Apparently I owe Telkom money and I have an Account with them that I NOT AWARE of, they kept sending me invoices more than 5 months ago claiming that my account is in arrears, I went to their branches to get clarification and they looked me up on the system and did not find any records of me having an account with them, a month later I received another invoice and handing over threats, I then decided to call their call centre and they checked and told me there's an account in my name, I told them I've never signed any binding contract with Telkom in my life, and they told me I must got on their website and cancel, I went on their website and there's not information that helps with that.

Everyday I'm being bombaded by emails and calls from Telkom ****s and debt collectors telling me to pay for the telkom account which I DO NOT HAVE! I want this fixed because it is ruining my credit life and it's not fair becuase I've never signed up for a Telkom account. I'm sick of this, I'm going to take legal action if Telkom does not fix this!! Whatever ***** is going on, I will get to the bottom of it!!
