Telkom Account failure

Disappointing to say that it's no surprise that Telkoms systems seem designed to frustrate clients... Just signed up for a new contract a few weeks ago, was advised that the first debit order would be double as the initiation date was after some or other scheduled run date for debit orders... no problem, I was forewarned, no issue there... Said date is the 31st December, today's date is the 22 December, and, the account has been cut off... When i went to the Telkom Express store to find out what was going on )the number provided to call is purely automated, no help there), apparently there is a credit limit in place that is lower than the debit order amount yet to be debited... So, it flags their system as an overdue account and cuts it off, despite the fact that it is their system that processed the original contract and someone (which should have been flagged automatically) should have realized the credit limit is lower than the amount due and would have known that this would happen... Basically when they are signing you up and want the contract they process without consideration, then, when their own system applies the credit limit and cuts you off, it becomes the clients problem to sort out, Fun fact: The Telkom staff are aware that this happens as it isn't the first time, yet, it is still allowed to happen? Would love to understand how so little logic can be app**** in a business system and not get addressed after the issue is identified?
