Telkom Account: Easy to open & Nightmare to close.

Why is it so easy to open an account but extremely difficult and frustrating to close it?

I cancelled my account with you more than a month ago, yet I am still receiving bills!!

I have instructed my bank to stop the debit orders. I will not pay another cent for your *********** service.

I have spent hours on the phone holding for your useless staff, I have had enough!! Instead I will rather post a Hellopeter report daily and waste YOUR time to respond to this until you have resolved it.
