Telkom account dispute unresolved

Pity I cannot allocate a ZERO star rating. Have raised a dispute with Telkom re my account. Which by the way I disconnected and now am receiving a bill for calls before the cut off date, supposedly. Now have been charged interest on an outstanding bill. This is ludicrous!!!!!!
