Telkom account details transfer

I've been struggling sins September 2017 to transfer my Telkom accounts details. We took over a restaurant, and changed the name. And now i've been trying for more than a year to transfer the telephone number over to my restaurants details. Ive been phoning call center, getting mail addresses to send documents to and just never receive replies from either ********** nor from ********** - I've been to Telkom at Cavendish and they can't do it in store i have to do it online and via the call center. All I want to do is change the billing info - it seriously cant be that had to do. can someone please help me ? please phone me .
