Telkom account closed 2 years back wrongfully handed over

About 2 years ago I have app**** for a adsl line. I was waiting months for it to be installed and to date nothing. With numerous calls and visits to vaalmall shop and them debiting my account and fighting with them after months they confirmed that the order has been cancelled and closed. 2 years after I am getting a message from debt collectors that says I have been handed over. I immediately phoned them and they advised it was die to this adsl line. I explained to them the situation and they promised to do follow up and come back to me. I am still waiting. I am actually due for upgrade on mobile. Now the online application rejecting me due to I am wrongfully been handed over. I am so fedup. Where can I go to to get this sorted and to clear my name. I have been Korean rha 8years been a customer of theirs but really the after service are terrible
