Telkom account clearance letter

I requested beginning January 2020 a clearance letter on a account of Telkom. Numerous times I requested via the Telkom Riverside Mall. The attendants did send the request everytime, via email to the back ofice (credit management).. As customer I cannot contact them.

What can one do more than sending e mails if you cannot phone them?? I just want a clearance letter
